Drimiopsis Kirkii

Description

Drimiopsis kirkii – is a distinctive bulb with rosettes of light green to silvery green lance-shaped leaves irregularly and densely dotted with darker green to green-brown spots – very attractive. Giant Squill sports narrow spikes of white flowers somewhat freely.

Environment

Giant Squill  is drought-tolerant. It grows in fine to medium grained shallow to deep well drained humus rich sandy soil. It  required filtered sunlight and never full sun. During the summer growing season, give the plants plenty of water and occasional fertilizer
